* Where the property owner holds a valid intra-community VAT number and qualifies under applicable EU VAT regulations, the VAT charged on Macufy's commission invoice may be reduced to 0% under the reverse charge mechanism.
How It Works
The guest pays a total of £710.45.
Macufy processes the payment as the booking intermediary.
£650.00 is allocated to the property owner.
£60.45 represents Macufy's service fee.
The property owner receives £650.00 during the month following check-out, subject to the minimum five-day holding period.
At the beginning of each month, Macufy issues a commission invoice to the property owner covering reservations processed during the previous billing period. Applicable taxes on this invoice depend on the property owner's tax registration status and applicable tax regulations.
